Usually, they are sold for glass. Look into Glastar. There are others, too. I picked up an old used one on eBay.

Most of the links include different techniques/tools ranging from Dremels, glass grinders/routers to a modified cabbing machine. Someone recently posted up a video with the groove being done by hand.

ETA: I see some folks beat me to the punch. I'll leave the link up as much is consolidated there.
