i have a small Shattuckite rough (approximately 1/2 lb). It appears to have a fracture line that runs through it near one edge. Is this stuff similar to Lapis where it is formed in layers? It appears to be a great stone with lots of colors and I don’t want to ruin it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

All helicopter pilots must be accompanied by an adult.
