Looking for Brazil agate slabs 6 or greater inches in bulk. Can't have crystal pockets or solid crystals as I'm using for laser engraving.

I've never seen anyone on here talking about Brazil slabs. I see them all the time at gem shows often polished and or dyed blues and purples etc.
I have seen with my own eyes that my local rock shop - Consolidated Rock and Mineral in Vacaville - has multiple 55 gallon drums full to the top with Brazil agate slabs in their back warehouse area. I have never heard that they ship products but it might be a potential lead for you to follow.

Yeah, I have a handful of 4-5" slabs, but none over 6". I checked after first seeing this thread a while back... .

I have lots of smaller slabs but 6" plus might be hard to find lots of.

Not sure if you have the cutting capabilities or know someone that does but The Gem Shop has listed on their website whole and broken nodules 5"-10" diameter for $8/lb.

My larger slabs of Brazilian have crystal pockets.... Best bet is to contact Casey at Richardson Ranch here in Oregon... They have tons of the material.. richardsonrockranch.com/ |
