Here is a look at the next batch going in. I know some are iffy, but I'm trying anyway. Gotta learn.
Yeah, I gotta get the wax off a few. Some are upside down. They all face nicely.
( Starguy ) Almost all these were drilled with a 2mm twist bit and then, if I wanted to, I used a 3mm and then countersunk with 6mm ball bit. A few I had already done without doing a starter hole and they had some blow out. The ball bit took care of all but the worst on a morrisonite (as shown). I'm hoping tumbling will improve the look. The cabs will not get tumbled or countersunk. I used the 2-3mm method and they are clean. Those are cabs that never sold. Maybe this will help.
This time, I also cut a small edge bevel to get rid of the chips. Tumbling didn't get them all last time.
Getting ready to go in now. I'm hoping for the best.

Looking good Tela - are you tumble finishing them or on the wheels? Cheers

rockjunquie. Thanks for the bit size info. I need to try some of those but they will be in a rotary tumbler.
