I have been out of town for a couple of days working, missed the board. I am painting a appartment building in Yankton S.D. near one of the Missouri River dams. I had some free time so did a little tourist time and went to the dam there were some people fishing but not to much catching so I walked along and talked to the people and when I found a kid or two I would ask them if they wanted a polished rock. All the kids accepted most reactions were followed by WOW COOL So I guess I spread a little rock sickness. I had a blast watching the kids faces.

Hello Warren,
I know what you mean.
The kids like to come around on Halloween. I don't give candy away - I give rocks. You would not imagine how many times the same kids keep coming back.
Sounds like you made some kids very happy!
Enjoy,
John

Hi Warren , I don't know if it is any better for the teeth of those kids , but it most certainly will keep them from overeating.
When I get kids over at home I offer them a grab in the rockjar too, indeed it is great to see their faces.
keep spreading this healthy addiction
Jack

rocks in the head, rocks in jars, rocks in boxes and zip loc bags... rocks in our planters and walking sticks and on our refrigerators, rocks around the neck and dangling from our ears, rocks to play music and catch fish with....
we like'em wet, we like'em dry, we like'em rough and we like'em shiny.
we listen to them and talk to them and see the funny pictures they show us.....
sure am glad i'm not the only Krazy in here, welcome back, WarrrenA, you missed us really....(a little bit?)
