Have slowly been separating and bagging rocks/fossils to tumble. Now have about 10 batches to put in 1 or 3 lb. barrels.
Remembered to label each bag with what it is and where it came from.
1. Turritella 2. Apache Tears 3. Labradorite/Mystic Merlinite (aka Gabro) 4. Morgan Hill PJ 5. Dallasite 6. AZ Pet. Wood 7. MI Fossils 8. Agates/Jaspers 9. Amethyst 10. Counter Scraps
Plan on throwing some cabs of similar hardness with any batch I can.
Hoping my list will keep me on track for the next year. I might rearrange the order.

Looks like you're going to be busy! That's what I should do, someday, get organized. It was smart to label them, if your memory is anything like mine! Can't wait to see what you turn out...

I had no choice. Was tripping over rocks and having boxes of them fall down.
Feels good to be at least somewhat organized.
Someday I will get to organizing all of the rough I have.

Although not free, there is any easy solution to this . Despite our best plans for having a lineup it always comes down to a game time decision on what to run next. It usually is whatever is most different than what we already have running. Al
