I just find this so dang cool. Especially how they were created From what I've read, this is one of the rarest to find Shared with permission from my friend Jesse. This is the second one he has found. It will be at the Beaver Bay agate museum on display for a while

Gorgeous! Looks like a nodule that collapsed with subsequent silicification. Great colors in that one, too.

That's beautiful! Looks pretty big, too. Your friend must have the gift for finding these.

There are a ton of lakes and little creeks up there He has found some interesting stuff and its not all rocks I'll post one of his find to show you what I mean

Very cool agate. I have a linda marie that was all hacked up and naturally glued back together. Those things are so cool. Think of all the millions of years that went into the making of it.
Is that a human skeleton in one of those pictures!! Sure looks like it.

The last piece with the orbs looks like thomsonite - real spendy stuff at that size.

Sometimes rocks are just too pretty to cab; this is one of them. Beautiful country. The formation in the photo just above the bones is also interesting.
Think I'll read up on agate formation, and on your type of agate formation. Thanks!
