Picked these from the river. Does anyone know what these are, can they be sliced or broken and tumbled? Are any of them jasper?

Possibly all jasper, it's hard to tell from waterworn rocks.
Try to chip a corner off, if it breaks clean with a nice smooth face and no or few cracks it should be fine.

I think Pauls is about right... The two small pieces to the right might be petwood... Need better photos to really tell...

Hard to tell from the photos. Maybe some closer individual pictures? Look to be jasper, but not too sure.

closer photos of the individual rocks would be needed to tell what they are, as well as a few basic tests you could do like hardness, streak, etc..
I would certainly think they could be broken, sawed and tumbled.
