some agate slices, some savannah jasper, a few odd pieces of mexican lace, some fillers and do overs and a sneaky little piece of carnelian agate hiding out that WarrenA gave me a long while back. i got anoher few batches of mix and matches coming up over the next month or so, that bubblegum agate i got is STILL in 60/90, it's starting to be pretty but by the time it is smooth it will be as small as that carnelian!! thanks for looking, KD

I love amethyst so my eye was drawn to the piece with the purple bubble in it also. Is the Savannah jasper the green and red? I can't remember, I just remember, when I saw it rough, I wanted some bad ;D YUM YUM!

Can I ask a newbie question? How do you get those nice uniform shapes. Are you slabbing your rocks with a saw or is that mostly done with a grinder?

most of those agate slices i bought as a lot of broken slabs, voodoo. it was a real deal too. i do slab some of the smaller stuff myself, but have found it a lot easier to just buy/trade for slabs.
Cookie, that savannah jasper is the blue-y sky almost picture jasper stuff, your cuff (come march 11th) has a piece in it, nice stuff.
thanks for the compliments,
KD

Again KD, you turn out some wonderful stones. All shaped and ready to wrap or whatever. Beautiful shine and nice selection. Way to go! Just brilliant!

Those agates came out great. Normally I would say they would look great wrapped and they would, however, this time I am going to say they would look great in a mosaic. The reason I say that is because they are so flat. Tami
