Friday mornings Holcomb Valley (Big Bear, CA) trip panned out nicely..........here's a few that caught our eye.....:

Most of the other material we found was quartz crystal chips and agate shards.......still cleaning those up. We'll make another trip up there in October, when the fire road we tried to take is open. Fire season is taken very very serious in these parts due to the 2017/18 events and recent Johnson Grade Mitsubishi Plant mishap.

And I Thought Rocks Had No Personality
