I'm working on this one now, just wanted to share. The cab is a small one- about 1" by 5/8" or so by the time I ground away the junk. I'm pretty sure I've dremeled off some of my fingerprints doing it, but I liked the colors and pattern so I wanted to try. Here's the rough and where I'm at so far...

Thank you! I tried to see the beauty underneath and I have a little ways to go on it- but I think it will turn out nicely.

Nice shape and presentation. Thank you. I'm not super happy with the shape, however. I don't think it looks much like a "cab" but I worked on it a little more and put it in the tumbler...

I like that! How did you get it on top? Thanks! Honestly, I just kept grinding everything away that was underneath it so the patterns would be where I wanted them to be. It just kind of fell into place.

It just kind of fell into place. Very nice, Mike. Not sure I would "see" how to do that. I would probably toss it as a lost. So, great save!

Not sure I would "see" how to do that. I would probably toss it as a lost. So, great save! Thanks again. It's probably just because I don't know any better. I really like the Tee Pee patterns and didn't just want to throw it in the trash without trying- even though I probably have 3/4 of a five-gallon bucket full of what I would call marginal Tee Pees. We got some tips from a rock shop owner near Hot Springs, SD on looking for good ones. I can't wait to get back up there and see if they pay off!
