Just sharing the view from the rental I am in while packing things at my old place.
The second photo shows a long, but narrow island across the bay from my land. There is a very deep drop off along the side that provides great musky fishing. Off the right end is a sand bar loaded with walleye and perch. The opposite side of the island has many stumps where crappie and northern hang out.
It has always been one of my favorite fishing spots. When we had white doves, they would fly to the island and hang out in the trees.

Guess I will have to wait until I return to computer to post the photos, as my phone does not show the upload button. Iphone8. Very strange, but this is my first time using the phone here trying to post photos.

Beautiful morning on the lake. Below photos were taken from the deck of my accomodations. One showstopper boat at the entrance to a mile long channel that connects the other 3 lakes. This morning I had an eagle fly near me, saw some lions and sandhill cranes. Heard the bull frogs last night, I love this little piece of heaven. Am glad I am leaving today. The longer I stay the more I am regretting my decision to sell. [image style="max-width:25%;" alt=" " src="http://res.cloudinary.com/fernwood/image/upload/v1565355644/gddqig0kgt1khnec75g2.jpg"]

Most are eaten by the Northern and Musky. Kids catch small ones from the docks. I did see a smallmouth bass jump out of the water.

There are much better bass areas that have no shore development a short ways away. My largest smallmouth caught on this lake was 20" long. Huge for these waters. I released it after measuring. A photo was taken, but it is long gone. Largemouths are more common.
