Rock is about 2.75" thick.

Yes, I have been studying the mine a lot.
Host rock is strange. Some of the pieces have what appears to be   Limonite as the host. There are other pieces of Limonite in the collection.

I am going to do a scratch and magnet test on this one eventually.
