Saturday Aug. 31 9A.M.-4P.M. 103 7th St. Dayton, Oregon Boxes & boxes of slabs, most of all kinds of Northwest U.S. rock, some from elsewhere, slabs easily go near or into thousand. Gentleman had collected and worked rocks for many years, not a junk collector or cutter. He used to collect and cut, then market slabs at Quartzite. Lots of tumbling rough and tumbled material, framed cabs, and misc. loose pieces. Failing health forced his move into a care home. Entire contents of house and outbuilding to be sold also. Bring your own buckets, boxes, and a big pickup to haul stuff. Ask further questions here or PM me.
ALL OF THE MACHINERY AND SLABS HAVE BEEN SOLD AS A LOT. What remains is lots of rough material, McDermitt wood, Gary Green, obsidian, some thundereggs, and misc. Willamette River rock.
