I worked on two large cabs that I could use to break in the 600 and 1200 inch wheels that were not performing. I also made a Montana from a scrap for the same reason. I spent a long time on those 3 cabs to condition the surface of the wheels. It worked. When that was done, I redid the 600 and 1200 on an Owyhee that has been frustrating with flat spots that I've worked on 3 times previously. It is finally fixed. The Morrisonite face I chose was much better than the back and I was pleased that it didn't change much from the preform. 7mm cab a high dome. Montana requires being thorough through all grits. Glad you finally got those wheels broken in. It really takes a lot longer than one would think necessary.
