Cannot say enough about Shawn. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Understands the urgency when equipment parts are ordered.
Some are turned off by the initial estimated shipping charges of a MFRB, but items are always shipped the most cost effective method possible. A MFRB often turns into a padded envelope when items are shipped. All depends on what is ordered.
My latest order was for tumbler parts, grit, polish, jewelry findings and rough fossils. They were shipped less than 24 hours after ordering.

I just used him for lid gaskets on my lortones. Got it super fast. Does he not do candy anymore?

I didn’t get candy on my last order, but I figured it was because it’s summer and the heat.

Lol, I always enjoy getting the candy too so when I set up shop at Etsy I decided to send candy out with my orders too. I do agree about the heat though, those tootsie rolls would be messy when they melt.

I always appreciate the quick service. Thanks to having a new/used small cabbing machine I’m going to be keeping them busier. It seems I need “all the things”.
