That's a beauty John. A real lunker. That Ocean Jasper seems to be the 'In thing' as far as rocks go lately. Of course you'll be posting pics of the slabs, right? Atta Boy ;D

Wow, that's a beauty, and such a big piece! You're going to have fun with that!
I also said to hell with it and just ordered some ocean jasper myself, but mine are for tumbling (not quite as big as yours) .
Just curious, has anyone ever sold tumbled ocean jasper before?

I've never sold any ocean jasper, only collecting it! My stairs are lined with huge ocean jasper rocks. My biggest is a 45 pounder! I've been collecting different color patterns in rock form and slabs. It does sell well and fast on ebay, which is where I bought all of mine. It can go from 4 dollars a pound on up. Even the slabs sell fast. If you sell it, they will by it! I know, my mad cash is gone...LOL!

Nice chunck of OJ there- I have some smaller stuff like that- Careful when cutting it- I was trying to make some mini slabs and the stuff was loaded with internal vugs! Crumble crumble. I did finially get a pretty good slab- but it is bouncing around in 60/90 right now so NO PIX!
