I'm messing around drilling holes in Fordite scraps, I have two different sized bits and not really sure which one to use. The larger bit makes a hole maybe 3mm and accommodates the 18 gauge wire with plenty of wiggle room. The smaller hole will accommodate the 18ga with no wiggle room, picture shows 22ga. The larger bit will work on any thickness but the smaller will only work up to about 3mm. I'm thinking to just use the larger for the bigger cabs and the smaller for thinner/smaller cabs but I don't want to ruin anything. I also need direction on just how far down from the top edge to place the hole. As always thanks for you input I'd be so lost without this forum.
