Got to get out yesterday for a couple of hours, no fairburns until we were walking back to the vehicle and I looked down and saw this... 😁 I'll try to get a better pic, but here it is for now.   |

Nice one. Amazing that a person can look through open areas of rocks for hours and find nothing that great. Then when walking through areas with some ground cover can find a nice one.
Been there, done that many times.

Been there, done that many times. Thanks, Beth. You're absolutely right. My son and I searched rock beds for quite a while first. Lots of interesting rocks, but I didn't even carry a backpack because I have so many to deal with as it is. This picture shows the only stones in a pretty big area of grasslands. I think it wanted me to find it and take it home... |
