I finally finished my first batch! About 5 weeks in 60/90 1 week 220 1 week prepolish 1 week Tripoli 1 week AO 3 hours in Dreft laundry detergent solution Here are most of the original stones: After 2 weeks coarse (I threw in some aborted ocean rocks that I was previously unable to polish) Final batch: Here is a closer look at the mixed batch (the green ones didn't polish very well): Here are those ocean rocks that I couldn't previously polish. Notice how these polished great!

Awesome- What are those spotted rocks? the ones in the second Pic? Voodoo, fantastic first batch!!! I think my favourite is the pink and white spotted ocean rock in the last photo, bottom left corner. Stephan, the spotted rocks in the second pic are either dalmation jasper (the black and white spotted ones, top of photo) or "pudding stone" (the multicoloured spotted ones, middle of photo), or turitella agate (dark ones with big whitish spots, bottom of photo).
