Hi all. I have some do overs from the first Big Red (rotary) batch that I knew had potential. I have had them in the new vibe for 2 weeks in 120/200. Checked them today and decided to go into Lil' Ed for 600. (it's a rotary) These are, of course, wet, but it's the first batch I've done coming out of coarse that dosn't look half bad dry! What do you think, did I wait long enough? cookie

KD, The amethyst and rose quartz that got scuffed up so bad the last run have soothed out this time. I'm really looking forward to this batch, and patience is a LEARNED virtue, but my lesson is learned. Maybe I'll finally conquor the rose quartz curse and turn out a good batch. cookie

Looking good Cookie, bet you can't wait for a finished batch. I know it's hard but it is worth the effort. You have some awesome colors there, that's going to be a great batch!!

Just judging by the round edges you have there, I'd say that is a fine graduating class. "On to the next level with you, all of you, get in there or it's the yardstick".

The photo comes up kind of small for me, but yes, looks like those got nicely rounded. I'm glad all was not lost!

GO COOKIE! Looks like you may have a winner. Lots of pellets. Give 'em lots of cush so they don't get banged up.

Cookie, what are those yellow ones at the top and the right?
What I normally do with Photobucket is crop and resize the images to a height of 500 pixels. That usually reduces the image to a reasonable size so that photobucket won't automatically resize it.

Voodoo, Those are Mookalite. I just have a few pieces in this batch, more in Big Red, which will take longer to get out of coarse but shape better. The yellow and red is striped jasper on it's second run. Gonna be pretty, I think . And... I thought that was what I I did with photobucket. cookie

Hey Cookie, Oh yea ... those are very nice! I am having a hard time adjusting to this PATIENCE thing ... in regards to my 15#'r ... I know ... Patience, Patience, Patience ;D I am excited to see what they look like after a week ... hopefully great progress ... actually I am not expecting any progress at all .. that way if they progressed a little ... I will think that they have went much further ... Does reverse psicology (?) work on yourself ... when you know that you are doing it? ;D John
