It is not really a camera feature. It is a new feature in the EDIT portion of the phones software. Upgrading to the latest 13.1.2 is what gets it. On mine I hit edit then hit the crop function. While in the crop function icons to change perspective now show up.

That explains it. I do all photo editing on my laptop. Will need to try using phone.

Listen to the rock. The rock knows its destiny. It will guide you in fulfilling that.
