I bought this cab years and years ago. This is really old school stuff and pretty damn hard.
I've been doing a lot of wiring lately with Christmas coming. It's been driving my kitten crazy! Especially the weaving. Doesn't she look like- "Go ahead, I dare you."
I'm including some concept and working shots. Really, I'm doing it for miket . It's really helpful to jot down some ideas for your stone. I don't always follow my sketch, but it gives me direction. |

Thanks Tela! Your helper does seem to be daring you... I'll give this a shot, I'm going to do another wrap today if I get a chance. Not sure I'll be able to come up with a concept, I seem to be more of a wing it as I go along wrapper apparently. But I'll give it a shot. Oh, and I love this wrap and stone, by the way.  |

Your helper has a look that cracks me up. Naughty kitty I know, right? I wish the lighting was better. Her eyes almost match her fur. She looked like she was just glaring at me. She chilled out, though. She can be naughty, but she's a good girl.
I have probably 200 pages of sketches. Unless I'm doing a simple, quickie piece, I usually do a little sketch. It helps me stay focused on what I want to achieve. Sometimes, coming up with a plan takes longer than doing the wrap.

Its always interesting to see the process that goes into it. The sketches make sense and is probably something that would help me stay focused. |
