I'm making these Fordite beads for my Etsy shop, and drilling them all front to back. I'm wondering if they will sell better if I attach a simple sterling silver pinch bail? I figured then they'd be ready to use for any customer and those wanting their own designs could simply remove it. I don't intend to sell cording or chain if that makes any difference? I can get SS bails about $1 - 2 each but figured I'd double the cost of the bail on top of the bead price. These beads are being listed at $23 so a bail would jump them to maybe $27. FYI, there are only a few sellers on Etsy who sell Fordite beads and they all seem to list them as pendants and nobody just sells a plain bead. Would love some input before I shell out for the silver. Thanks! Julie

I say yes, either that or make your own wire bails.

Agree with above. I’d much rather buy something finished, and all I’d have to supply is a cord/chain. Many people already have a cord/chain in their stash.
Nice beads!

You could do pinch bails, but you could make your own cheaper and better.

Probably right as usual! I ordered a few kinds from Rio. I haven't started buying silver wire yet and copper just wont cut it with all the silver paint in the Fordite. We'll see how it goes with these and then venture into making my own down the road. Only so many hours in the day and gosh it's gonna be dark at dinner time in a couple days. I've been cabbing a different variety of Fordite all day and can't wait to see how they drill up.
