This was not a real big rock but it was the best quality snowflake I have cut. Not a ton of slabs but should produce several good cabs. I know snowflake obsidian is probably a little boring around here but all rocks need to be cut .... Chuck

I gave your post a thumbs up, but it would have been more well received by me in a month like June. Snowflakes make me a little grumpy this time of year.

Kind of early for these temps and all the snow. Hearing we are going to have another rough winter which will lead to more water level issues next year. Chuck

Chuck Bryan's classes were canceled at Northern Michigan University yesterday due to snow. We've gotten a couple small snowfalls here too. A teacher at school had five inches in her yard last night. Usually it's around thanksgiving that we get our first snow.

Being from New Jersey I’m super jealous of your rocks, but surely not your weather. It’s starting to get colder here, but no snow as of yet. I’m lucky enough to still have my tumbler going so far.
Now that I got off track a bit, those snowflakes look great. Thanks for sharing.
