Not much free time this weekend but I snuck in one cab and got it wrapped today. This was from the odd brazlilian agate I post in the slab section the other day. I was anxious to get a cab from it and it did not disappoint. Thanks for looking Chuck

I don’t understand the wrap. I see the bail in the middle. Thanks.

Thats my typical typical groove wrap Pat. Securely held without being able to see a whole bunch of wire is the object. Chuck

Ok, I think I understand. The bail is on top of the finished stone. You placed it in the vacant area where it originated.
I had viewed it as a solid round, the dark lines being wire/bezel wire instead of empty space.
Thanks!

Thats my typical typical groove wrap Pat. Securely held without being able to see a whole bunch of wire is the object. Chuck Really, really like this. How do you make a straight groove? (I'm not at all steady-handed.) I'm envisioning a Rube Goldberg-esque setup that would allow clamping the stone in alignment with a burr on a drill press, and which would allow rotating the stone...gotta be a better way!

That is the best picture displaying a cab next to the rock it was cut from that I have ever seen. It’s a great pendant.
