I had an idea how to quickly make 2 pairs of flat top rounded edge earrings. Rough cut 4 small 3/16 inch slabs. Put a small amount of liquid glass between the slabs, mark and rough trim with the trim saw, mark the top using a second template attached to the first template, grind the top and bottom to the lines and then lightly grind, sand and polish the top and bottom. Soak of the liquid glass an then lightly grind, sand and polish the two remaining earrings. The edges chould be square and matching won't be much of an issue.
