It's a lot of work but it's well worth the effort. Charlene and I caught, steamed and picked out 34 blue crabs today and 23 deviled crabs are the result of our efforts. We take along a small freezer when we head to the coast and bring seafood home for future dining. Devil crabs go good with a grilled steak for a surf and turf dish.
