Practice makes perfect. Keep hanging in their. You’ve more patience than I. I just throw rocks in the tumbler and let it do all the work for me. I could never wrap.

Very nice. So I'm assuming that you're in the same square wire boat as me? 😁 Definitely, and the half-round works like butter. Going to do a few of these then branch out to some styles that appeal more to me. I'm not fond of the way the bails work on this style of wrap, and all the loopy stuff. |

There you go! I have always used square for regular wrapping for cabs. I use round for wire weaving. I do weave bails on square and that works just fine.
The only thing you need to be aware of is keeping the square wire from twisting while you're wrapping. It all goes to hell in a hand basket if it twists.
Good job on that wrap! You are definitely on your way now.

Wow! It is almost as if you have been studying wire wrapping for years. I think that 95% of us would be challenged to produce a finished product like this, right away.
