Have spent quite a few late nights in the garage this month and thought I'd share what's come of it so far. These were done with tile saw, dremel and lot o. Some are domed, others just beveled edge flats. All have room for improvement. These are locally collected pet wood and one fossil coral locally found-  Various circles -  Possibly marra mamba - pics dont capture these very well. Love this stuff, wish had more than the little bits I did.  Various shapes-  |

Those are all so cool! Nice material, great shapes. And your rounds are so round.
You did a swell job on those! I think my fave is the third to the last pic posted, in the last post.

Really beautiful bunch! The last one you are working on is my favorite. Owyhee? Thank you! And yes its owyhee. Making it for my 94 yr old grandfather. He wanted me to do a stone and wanted to affix a cross on it but thought might like it if the stone itself already has a cross on it. Still not sure if going to keep the overall shape or trim it up a bit more. |
