It appears the E6000 is doing great! I used some 600 sandpaper on the bail and a diamond round bit to scuff up the stone before gluing and applying pressure overnight. Thank you for the suggestion hummingbirdstones .

I drop tested a pendant on a chain after a couple days of curing, about a 12" freefall multiple times, and it holds up nicely. I can't move them with force greater than I think they will ever see so I think they are good!

I tried prying on the finding that I glued on to the keychain for my daughter with the E6000 and it's still super strong. You should be golden.
