I'm not much help with identifying your rocks but they are beautiful, you got a great shine on them. That pink stuff is really cool. That's a great price you got too. Great pics!

Wow, nice job tumbling those stones. As far as identity goes, I'd say they are "Down right nice, Down right pretty, and Down right fine" stones of some kind. How many pounds ya got left?

I have about 25 lbs tumbling right now. 12 in coarse and 12 in 500 grit. I have about 5 lbs waiting to go into 220 when I get a free tumbler. I load up my 12 lb tumbler with rough and every 2 weeks I sort out the rocks that are ready to go on and fill it back up with rough. I only have a few pounds left of the Kelowna rock but I'm hoping for another trip there soon. I was in Spokane a few weeks ago and found 2 really nice rock shops. Irv's and Stone Image. ended up with more rocks!!! and some really nice slabs. These polished rocks came out of my 3 lber and in my other 3 lber I have a mix of fire agates and carnilian on their 3rd week in coarse. My husband just informed me that just because I have some waiting I couldn't buy another tumbler I'm finally getting the hang of patience. The longer in the coarse the happier with the finished product I am.

I used the following recipe for these rocks:
60/90 2 to 6 weeks depending on rocks 220 2 weeks 500 2 weeks(added plastic pellets at this stage) 1000 2 weeks polish 10 days
Every 2 weeks I sort out my 12 lber and when I get enough ready they advance. I was too impatient to wait for enough to fill my 6lber so these were done in a Lortone 3lber.

I think Kim is probably right on the ID of those rocks. The first one is brecciated something or another, probably jasper. The Petrified wood is probably right on. I have had some Picture Jasper that has some cool lines and patterns like that stone but it most likely is wood. And the Polka Dot Jasper will work one the third one or it could be iron contaminents that produce the little red rings as well. 2¢ from Banjo Creek (I'm up to 4¢ so far )

The pink one looks like a pink lace agate I tumbled and put on one of my sisters painting for her dermatologist. Tami
