Back to the weaving and netting. I ordered some soft 26 and 28 copper round and got to it. The lab, which is quite nice despite the pictures, has 2 different weaves and netting. I wish I had used 26 on the chrysoprase. The 28 looks a little too fine for my taste. I used 2 kinds of netting on the green one, too. I think my camera battery was low or something. The lighting was way off. Anyway- this is what I got for now.
...oh, and I got some new polish. PURPLE! Sorry abt the dupicate watermark. My mistake.
NeverMind on etsy makes THE BEST nail polish! Only hours after painting my nails with 2 coats and a topcoat, I was weaving wire and no chips or nothing! I've been painting my nails for 45 years and I can tell you- THAT is incredible. This has color shifting sparkles, but you can't tell in a picture.

Dang, can't even pick a favorite... The labradorite, the chrysoprase- or the nails. Very nice cabs and wraps, Tela!

I don't even bother anymore. It's easier to file away nicks and dings without any polish on.

I don’t even have nails, lol. They don’t get dirt under them that way. Just an old grump of a chimney sweep, right now my hands are covered in purple primer and pvc glue.

I love the bail on the chrysoprase.
The purple polish is very nice. I try to keep clear nail hardener polish on my thin nails. Sometimes a natural color polish. It just chips off within a couple days.

Both of those are really nice. Is that bail on the chrysoprase soldered together at the very top?

Chuck I wouldn't do any soldering with already set stones, Drummond Island Rocks. Silver just conducts heat so dang fast, it's very likely the stones would be ruined. The only ones I know that can survive stuff like that are sapphires and diamonds -- stones like that. Even diamonds can burn.
