I like how the curls on top look like the pattern in bottom of cab.

Well, Hell's bells, that stone is rockin' and you did it justice. Don't even think about it being "imperfect". It's all in the eye of the beholder.

Funny, that's a Jewish thing, too. I always leave something that I could improve upon. He is the perfect one. If it weren't for G*d, I would have no talent for this.

Yeah, but none of us amateurs can see any imperfections in yours. Just sayin'. By the way, if you haven't read the story that hummingbirdstones posted, you should. Pretty interesting and can easily be applied to cabbing, wrapping...anything really.

I always leave something that I could improve upon. I don't have to worry about ever making anything approaching perfect. When I become a little too self-satisfied that I've done a good job, I just have to lay it aside for a half hour and then look at it again. Perfect is something that'd be boring anyway. I go out and look at rocks or wildflowers or into the eyes of an animal or person and I realize that human artifice doesn't come close Best we can do is suggest, not achieve. Nor is machine-made anything like perfection - it is just boring conformity and uniformity.
