Well, Just finished load of petrified wood and here is what's in right now.    Can't wait to see how my first batch of local stuff turns out so I can go get more. KD, Sands and Cookie, this is a batch of the same stuff I've sent to you. gaetz |

WoW Gaetz, that's your local rock? That's awesome, I love that read stuff, it's really nice. Can't wait to see it finished. Those are some pretty stones ... jealous!!! Very jealous!!!

I've taken a bunch of photos of the wood, but am not happy with them. The pictures have not done the wood justice so far. I'll try posting them Friday or Sat.

That little finger belongs to my little 3 year old, red-headed, strong-willed, stir-the-pot-up little girl. While I was taking the pictures, I could just see her schemingly sliding her little finger in so it would be seen by all. She's nothin' but trouble!!!!! LOL

gaetz, WOW! Those are great lookin'. Going to be beautiful when finished. How lucky you are to have that kind of local rock! 3 year old, red-headed, strong-willed, stir-the-pot-up little girl. Sounds like she would be a good match for my niece's soon to be 3 yr. old, red/blonde, blue eyed, strong-willed, stir-the-pot, hit the gound runnin' in the mornin' and never slow down til bedtime little boy! They are so cute at that age, but you're in serious trouble if you take your eyes off them for a minute! No telling what they will get into! llana |
