Love the pendant, Billy. You do good work when you're meditating.
Spiders have 2 segments for their body. Do the same thing as the first one with a head and a body of somewhat equal size (and maybe not as round) and it will be killer. That guy kind of looks like the shape of a ladybug.

It looks really pretty, but more like a beetle than like a spider. As hummingbirdstones already said: 2 segments of their body, and all of their legs come from the FRONT one . Here is an example image of a spider pendant (your stone is prettier!)

Here is an example image of a spider pendant (your stone is prettier!) Yes, it does kinda look like a ladybug - abdomen only. Spiders, unlike insects, have only two main body parts (tagmata) instead of three: a fused head and thorax (#2, called a cephalothorax or prosoma) and an abdomen (#3, also called an opisthosoma). All legs do come off of the cephalothorax.

Could you add a round abdomen to the back end of your piece using extra easy solder or something? It’s a fun piece regardless!
and the pendant reminds me of a sail on a boat. I really like it.

Add an abdomen and throw it in a drawer for awhile. Maybe the leg will grow back! Teehee

I like the little bug as it is. Someone will buy it because it's cute. Just make another spider with a spider body.

Robin is right I think. The bug is fun and whimsical! But I kind of like the proportions of the piece with the smallish purple stone, 3rd from the bottom. A little fiddling with the legs, and a spider is born! Or hatched. Or fabricated 😂

Name him Boris. Hopefully sharing it will get this earworm, or is it earspider, out of my head.
