Best to call Diamond Pacific to get the right inside diameter. I generally get the small aquarium tubing for the Genie, A pet store could get you the diameter of small tubing. I assume you want to use latex because it is more flexible. My Genie pump belt came off and the left wheels are frozen. I use the large tubing with aquarium pumps and geysers. I put a slab on the tubing to keep it flat.

I just removed the tubing from the geyser on my Pixie, lynn. Its ID is 0.125" (about 3 mm). My tubing is silicone fuel line that I bought at a hobby store. It's much more flexible and heavier than vinyl tubing, which is why I bought it. I didn't like the vinyl tubing that came with my Pixie. It didn't like to "relax" and lie down, and one day one of the steel wheels grabbed it and in the blink of an eye it wrapped around the shaft! I was fortunate that the brass geyser didn't go flying.
