I’m on an iPad using safari browser and I can’t see the pics Bob. Also still having problems with threads that I read still saying new after I read them and have to refresh the whole page to make the new disappear. Never had to do that before when I hit the back button the page would reload and refresh. Now it just reloads it, but doesn’t refresh it for some weird reason. Kinda makes no sense.

That's weird. All that's showing up for me are broken photo links. That's what I am getting on some member's posts - broken links. The screen shot of Bob's post I used Cloudinary for. I am very happy with it. In my opinion, it is much more user friendly and uncomplicated than RockShow. Bob, as for you getting notifications when someone posts in one of your threads, there is a setting for that in your profile. You have the option of getting them or not, and for different things. Don't know about the photo issue, but whenever Proboards has changed/upgrade/retarded the forum software, settings in a member's profile can and do get changed. Didn't happen this time, but in the past I have had blocked members suddenly become visible to me, yuk. Had to change my settings back. I think we just need to ride out this security upgrade, hoping it will be done soon. If the problems still persist, then we go banging (figuratively) on some doors, lol. |

Something is really Screwy I went into my profile to the notifications tab under e-mail and every one of them checked or say NEVER so why am I getting E-Mails? I haven't been on here much because my LapTop screen was Kafooey and haven't changed any settings. This Forum has T E R M I T E S ! |

Well, we can complain about it until the cows come home, but if Proboards is upgrading security software in stages, we'll probably be seeing these problems on and off for at least a few weeks until they have everything installed and then they'll have to troubleshoot all the gremlins they created from the install.

A xenforo forum had to be updated because it slowed to a crawl. Now random photos are missing.
