I am still using the old bookmark for RTH. forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/ Should I upgrade this to forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/ ? Am noticing that I need to click on specific forums/topics several times before they will load. Even then, it is often taking about 5 minutes for specific forums/topics to load. It sometimes times out and I get the dreaded "no internet" message. Even though, I can connect fine to other internet sights. Appreciate any advice. Thanks. |

Hi Beth, the 'official' helpdesk advice is that folks should not have to change their bookmark - the forum will automatically load the secure version. That being said with the various troubles you are having it can't hurt to to do it anyway but I don't see it changing anything. Speaking only for myself using a PC running the latest version of Chrome, my access to the forum is flawless, pages load super quick etc. Honestly I still think you have a local ISP provider issue and maybe should contact them and see if they can shine any light on it?
As a side note, the only bookmarks that SHOULD be changed are all the old-timers who are still using the old andy321 URL to access the board - logged in or not.
