You're right, that is interesting! Some iron and/or copper, and that other mineralization is worth exploring further (almost looks like stuff associated with datolite and greenstone in the UP).

Do me a favor- after you cut it, post the pics in this thread (if you can find it again). That's a really cool rock. I'm dying to see how it cuts. Lots of potential for slabs and cabs.

If I found a rock like that it would "bother" me until I could take a slab off to see what's inside.
Robin will vouch for that - she's the one who suffers through me speculating about how it might turn out until I finally get it cut.
