Hi! I haven't been posting to many pics lately, just haven't been happy with most of the pics I've taken. Frankly, I'm not too pleased with these, they are much prettier in person, but here goes: Flint ridge flint on 2 tone leather Flint ridge flint on blue beads. (right after I took this pic, one strand broke, but frankly, it looks better that way ;D And a differant color of FRL on red beads Thanks for looking! cookie

Those are great, what an interesting idea to use two different colors of the leather. What kind of clasp do you put on the leather ones? That red is pretty with the multi-strands like that. Great job Cookie, have you been having any luck selling them?

Hey Cookie , what a neat job . I like the last one best ...maybe cause I am colourblind haha.
Well done and thanks for showing. My wife likes the jewelry making part of tumbling so I will have to take some pics from her and show them .

Nice work Cookie! That Flintridge Flint is some really interesting stuff. It's cool you can come up with so many varieties of ways to string it up! I think I like the plain ole leather cord best. But you do nice work on all of them. Nice going!

Nice, cookie! I like the last one best - probably because red is one of my favorite colors!

Thanks all! There's kinda a funny story behind the necklaces. Last week Dollar General had a "Family and friends" event where only people invited could go in and get stuff at an additional 25% off. Sounded really good till I got to the checkout. Most of the items I picked were not part of the sale (fine print "selected items only") Nothing had been seperated or signed so there was no way to tell what was on sale and what wasn't. Luckily, all the necklaces I got were, so I eneded up with a lot of beads and prestrung strands for, like 75 cents each. All of these necklaces are either on these strands or restrung from them. I just popped off the cheap plastic madalions and put on one of my stones.
