Tried wrapping this beautiful piece of Labradorite yesterday. Photos do not show the many areas of blue, green, pink, orange and yellow flash. Please excuse the finger prints. Was using 22 gauge square argenteum and 24 gauge round gold filled wire. This was kind of the look I was going for. Had not decided on style of bail yet, but was planning on following the KISS method. Did not want to cover most of the areas with flash. The irregular areas of the cab made the wrapping difficult. Any pointers? Thanks.

I wouldn't use 22g for a cab that big. I'd use 20.

I agree with rockjunquie 22ga might be too small. Any reason you aren't using 1/2 round with the square? That looks like a really interesting shaped cab but I would have a bugger of a time wrapping it.
