You guys know I love big and chunky when it comes to jewelry, but I recently got some seed beads and small Swarvoski chrystals and this is my newest necklace. 16" memory wire, Laguna Agate slab. Don't cha love how easy it is to post a pic now? Is smaller better? Will it play in Peoria? cookie

That's really pretty Cookie. You seem to be doing a lot of the memory wire stuff, do you like that better than a regular style necklace?

I do, but it seems others don't. Hey guys, even if the feedback is negative, I'd still like to hear it. OK, I'm squatting, holding my hands over my head and ducking. Let er rip! I have yet to bead a necklace on anything other than memory wire. I use premade necklaces for everything else. Guess it time to to take the plunge and learn what I need to string my own. Funny, I thought this one would be a hit. Shwing! and.... MISS!

Yea, what's wrong with it? Looks great to me. I like the color match. I'd give it a 99.9 on a scale of 10! And why is it easier to post pics now. Am I missing something?

OK, I feel better. It's just that no one said anything about it for a long time, I figured you were just being polite. The little slab is a leftover piece Bear sent me (Where's he been, anyway) that I polished. KD, I don't use crimp beads, I just tie the wire off on the ends, loop it around on it's self. Sometimes I add a clasp. This one was so light it kept pulling up on my neck in a funny way. I was about to give up when I put the pendant on. It was enough wieght to make it lay right. Thanks all,

yeh, where has the old Bear been? screen door maybe finally got the better of him?
ok, Cookie, maybe i am not knowing what memory wire is then...i have like beading wire, but i must be thinking something different.
ok, so who all does crimp beads?? i got the fancy tool and everything and just haven't been able to make more than mashed beads that don't even hold up under strain.

;I know when I get to the stringing part ( and maybe you can IM me about what kind of string/wire you use) I will need to use crimp beads. Almost ordered some once, but decided to go with memory wire and didn't need them. IM me, K? Full moon tonight. Distracted. Anybody heard from BearCreek? cookie

Good job Cookie, I think it looks fabulous. You've chose some great complimentary colors in the beads. Now, if you could just find the right place to sell your works.
