When I was a systems analyst that was said when a program produced an unexpected result. Same thing with rocks. I slabbed a piece of Willow Creek and dark stripes were fracture lines. I made one cab and a big ugly vug appeared and no one wants that. I started on another cab from the same material and the dark stripe had gaps in it, but it was filled with crystals so now it's an attribute not a defect. Through 280 soft.

The little line if crystals is very cute. Tell everybody that it is set with diamonds.
I was at a mine last year and there was an eastern European lady on the other side of a huge stack of rocks who was sure she was finding diamonds ,but it was fluorite. I enjoyed the sounds and had to sit down from laughing. For a short while, she was convinced that she was rich. Kinda like reading the lottery numbers wrong. Her boyfriend tried to tell her otherwise, but she would have none of it. I considered putting this in a video, but that just seemed mean.
