that 3rd picture is of a fossilized alien egg, broken in half  I honestly don't know what any of them are, but if I were to guess, I'd say #1 & #2 are agates. the last picture... Pet wood??? |

oops, I guess I should have mentioned the first one. Someone gave me an endpiece when they cut out their cab on the trim saw so I just kind of played around with it. But I guess it's supposed to be..........shoot, now I can't remember, common something from Australia maybe? One of the members here who I haven't seen on the board since I joined who is also a member of the rock club that I belong to gave it to me and he'd know what it was The last two are petrified wood and I think #4 is pet wood too. Not a very big piece but the only one I found with some red in it The thing in the third picture doesn't look like it's broken in half. It's more of an oval shape but it's solid. Alien egg, huh? Hope nothing comes out of it.........LOL just a little humor there |
