Here are the latest I've been working on with the dremel. I've been working on improving my domes and shaping overall and spent more time than normal sanding and fine tuning these. May try to finish these all with the dremel instead of the lot o. These are all photographed dry... Unknown agate- Local collected river gravel- Owyhee picture jasper- really like the color of this one. Moroccan Agate- Swazi agate- like how the yellow sorta glows.. Swazi agate- Mexican crazy lace- Another crazy lace- Mexican crazy lace- made this for my nephew Ryder. Not domed, just beveled on both sides. Front pic- Back- Dendritic Opal- Mexican crazy lace- Reyes Agate- Another Reyes Agate- Unknown agate- cut this from a small halved nodule I picked up at rock sale. The pinks are bit brighter in person and yellow a bit lighter. Graveyard Point Plume agate- this is probably my favorite of the bunch. Backlit- All together, quarter for size reference- Thanks for looking!

BAM! The last Crazy you posted. Fashionably late to the party and stole the show. They are all great though, fun to see your work!

They are all really nice. Have to agree about the last crazy lace, though. It's a winner!

So nice, I love Crazy Lace. And you did a fantastic job with the Graveyard Point Plume, I have a hard time working with that stuff sometimes. Great work.

Regarding teh graveyard point...have you tumbled any thru polish? I'm bit concerned about a few small vugs(mainly on back) trapping grit which would easily show thru.

I have, I get more problems with undercutting it seems. I'll have to take a look and see if I had any issues with polish I can't remember...

Oh, yeah hadn't thought of that...well I may see what polish I can obtain with dremel then. The pics above are with the cabs dry. And i only sanded on them with 180 grit sandpaper. Gonna try moving thru higher grit sandpaper and see how goes. Thanks!
