Bought this from my favorite slab supplier. Relatively new stuff called Red Falcon - Owyhee-like qualities and found in the vicinity of Dead Camel (so the website says). Had to buy it because I saw Ian Anderson standing on one leg and waving his flute. My first "real" rock concert was Uriah Heep opening for Jethro Tull in 1978/79. I don't count the Glass Harp and Stampeders opening for the Osmond Bros. at the Montreal expo circa 1970, I was 11 then - One Bad Apple just doesn't bring it like Locomotive Breath. The image doesn't carry to the other side of the slab so hoping I can polish near-flat to preserve the image.

wpotterw Hey, another Tull fan here. If you make a cab of that, I hope the pattern doesn't change too much. Tull was my second concert. Oakland Coliseum, 1973. Passion Play tour. Steeleye Span opened for them. Can't say that I ever saw the Osmonds, but I sat in front of Donny & his wife at a play at the Osmond's studio in 1982. Lynn

I saw them on 20 August 1976 and frankly don't remember who opened except they were someone trying to sound like Funkadelic. That red skin owyhee and wonderstone hybrid look is pretty awesome.

Tull is DH's fav band. We saw him together in the 90s, I think, or early 2000s. He was still good.
My personal fav

Saw Jethro Tull around 1976-77 here in Columbia SC. I believe the Isley Brothers were on the same bill. Pretty rock. Looking forward to the finished product.
