I'm retired and spend only a few hours a day on cabs. I spread the work over 4 days, design, trim saw and dop, rough grind and finish. I don't know how long it takes me to make a cab but an hour from design to photograph would be close. I have good equipment and I like to work fast and don't try for absolute perfection. The biggest variable in production is when things go wrong. I started with 8 and ended with 6.
