I've had this nice piece of Lake Superior Agate waiting, finally tried to give it a wrap today. I had it one way, hubby didn't like it so I change it. What a mess, tossed it across the table twice from frustration. Finally got something done with it ... not happy though so haven't decided if I should put it up on eBay or not. Have to say, the agate is beautiful! Thoughts and opinons appreciated. Thanks for looking. Cher

The agate is beautiful and the wrapping job you did is about just as beautiful if not more beautiful. I think you did a great job. Now I know I'm not going to show anything that I've wrapped once I do get around to doing it. I may die of shame........hehe

Guess it could be because I got so frustrated working on it. I had to try and smooth out the wires so many times that they aren't really smooth anymore. You can see it in the pic, they look wavy. And the loops didn't stay tight like I've seen in other's work. Man those things are hard to do. Thanks for the compliments though, I guess I'll work up a page for ebay and see what happens.

Sorry, Cher, but I just gotta say... Oh Pa-llleeeaassse Your hubby must be more anal retentive than you to have a doggone thing to say about that wrap. You both need to drink some wine and chill, then rethink it. It's just beautiful. Sell it on Ebay for a kings ransom and be proud and happy. You do good work! Sorry for the tirade. don't ever underestimate yourself. If you need me, I'll be in the corner, over there. cookie

cher you are definitely being way to hard on yourself. it is beautiful!! if it doesn't sell on e-bay it is surely not because of your wrapping.

Cher, are you nuts! Not happy with it! My gosh, girl, that is breathtakingly beautiful! I agree with cookie - you need to have a glass of wine and take a chill pill! LOL!
One of these days I'll have to post one of my wirewrap attempts! Believe me, after seeing mine you will never again not be happy with yours! And seeing mine would sure send you into fits of laughter! They are REALLY bad! LOL!

Yea I can see why your not happy with it! The rock is too perfect and the wrap is way too professional! Geez what do you want! (sorry it was long weekend and I beaded up 5 necklaces and the wife a daughter claimed all but one so my hope to build some inventory is hanging around their necks!) Really truely awesome wrap! Watch out Banjo- looks like you got a bit of compitition!

Looks real good to me Cher. You just keep going, you can not, not get better. Let me see, is that right? Double negative, one positive, Yeppers. You're going gooder every time. (Now that's not right, but you get the idea.)

Thanks Banjo!! I finally figured out what it was that I didn't like about it .... it was the back. I did not like the way I had the last two wires attached. I made a minor change on the two wires I didn't like and now I am a happy camper. Getting it ready to put up on ebay but might have it sold already.
