How big of a barrel are u using? Watching with interest to see how it goes! It's about the size of a 5 gallon pail. Probably 100ish pounds, let's call it the back breaker. Tumbler is also on a bench top... ouch.

Tumbler is also on a bench top... ouch. Wow! I figured it had to be pretty big since one or two of those size rocks is plenty in my 6lb barrels. Sure it takes a hefty stockpile to keep it fed...no wonder your always buying rocks haha. Definitely sounds like a back breaker, but bench top would be a dealbreaker for my back!

Damn they’re some big rocks. I’m trying something similar with my 12 pound barrel and going against the one big rock rule. I loaded it up with a lot of bigger ones and some smalls and mediums to fill the gaps. Looking forward to seeing what happens with them as well as yours.
